Reporting helps you review a trip option before sending to the customer or before travel - itinerary layout, costing checklist, and operations views. Accounting reports live under the Accounting module.
Trip option reports
Open reports from the trip option (reports tab or menu on the option).
| Report | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Itinerary | Days and items in order - customer-facing structure |
| Costing | Services, lines, margins, linked items |
| Operations | Checklist grouped by day for ground handling |
Accounting reports
Under Accounting → Reports:
- Trial balance

- Profit and loss (where configured)

Common questions
Can I export reports?
Export depends on your role - if you do not see export, ask your admin. You can always use the on-screen view for meetings.
Why don’t I see another team’s trip reports?
You may only have access to your team’s trips - same rules as the trip list.
Do cancelled trips appear in reports?
You can still open reports for cancelled options for history; filters in lists may hide them by default.
